Kate Beckinsale is celebrating her 49th year in the most epic fashion. In an Instagram post, she was flaunting her sculpted, strong abs in a crop top and black underwear while standing on top of her couch in tall black boots. Talk about a power pose!

Kate just celebrated her birthday on July 26, and friends were eager to commemorate the occasion in the comments. Jamie Foxx wished her a simple but sweet, “Happy birthday,” while other fans left little love notes. “OMG I’m in love!” one said. Another commented on her strength: “Wow Kate your looking fit 🔥🥵❤️.”

Kate isn’t shy about sharing her fitness routine. First and foremost, this actress loves yoga. Her practice helps her to stay injury-free. “I haven’t been injured while doing an action movie, and I think it’s partially from practicing yoga,” she told WH.
She even incorporates her cat into her flow sessions. Kate has even been known to balance her cat on her legs while practicing acroyoga, which is a combination of acrobatics and yoga, according to Shape.
She’s also dedicated to her gym time and explained her workout schedule to WH. The 49-year-old actress works with her trainer, Brad Siskind, six days a week for at least an hour. “She rarely misses a workout. If she does, there’s a good reason,” Siskind said.

He also said that while they are together, Kate is totally focused on the matter at hand. “The whole hour is work,” he said. Sure looks like it!
Together, the two work on full-body workouts that target her arms and legs simultaneously. For example, she does biceps curls as she squats, or sit ups with combination punches, she told WH.
She also alternates between climbing machines and rowing, among other exercises, during her cardio sections. And Kate always ends her gym time with stretches.
